Accordingly, at 1:30 p.m. on November 6, while patrolling and controlling the area of Hoi - Hon Ngu estuary, the patrol team controlling the Border Guard Station of Cua Lo - Ben Thuy Port, Nghe An Border Guard discovered and arrested 13 vehicles using electric shock to illegally catch seafood.

The vehicle owners include: Nguyen Van Trung, Pham Van Vien, Nguyen Van Thanh, Nguyen Van Tien, Nguyen Van Kham, Pham Van Vi, Nguyen Van Trung, Nguyen Van Linh, Nguyen Van Long, Ho Van Binh, Nguyen Van Sy, Ho Van Binh and Nguyen Van Than, all residing in Phuc Tho commune, Nghi Loc district, Nghe An.
The Border Guard force has completed the documents for processing according to legal regulations.
