Arrest of murderer at landfill after more than 2 hours of committing the crime

From the collected documents and evidence, the police identified the perpetrator as Nguyen Chi Tuan (born in 1994), residing in Hung Dong commune, Vinh city. After committing the crime, Tuan fled to the hill area behind the Solid Waste Treatment Complex Enterprise.

By 6:00 p.m. the same day, the police had successfully arrested Nguyen Chi Tuan, ensuring absolute safety and confiscated a pair of scissors, the weapon used by the suspect to commit the crime.

At the police station, Tuan confessed that due to a personal conflict that broke out while driving a garbage truck to dump it at the waste treatment plant in Nghi Yen commune, he used a pair of scissors available in the truck cabin to stab Ho Sy Trieu once in the neck, causing his death.

Currently, the Criminal Police Department is completing documents and evidence to prosecute the case and prosecute Nguyen Chi Tuan for the crime of "Murder".
