Two cases of transporting 820 kg of animal products of unknown origin were caught.
(Baonghean.vn) - The Traffic Police Station (Dien Chau) said that the unit has just caught two cases of transporting 820 kg of pre-processed animal products without quarantine documents.
At 11:30 a.m. on June 5, on National Highway 1A, passing through Dien Truong commune, Dien Chau Traffic Police Station discovered passenger bus with license plate 89C - 073.63 driven by driver Luyen Van Vu, born in 1987, from Hung Yen, transporting 8 foam boxes containing 640 kg of processed animal products including tails, brains, tongues, and cow feet.

On the same evening, on National Highway 1A, passing through Dien Hong commune, Dien Chau Traffic Police Station continued to seize 180kg of processed cat meat, being transported on passenger bus with license plate 18B - 016.66.
Driver Phung Van Thanh, born in 1966, residing in Giao Thuy district, Nam Dinh, declared that he was hired to transport the above goods from Cam Ranh (Khanh Hoa) to Nam Dinh for sale.
