On the morning of October 8, information from the Nghe An Border Guard said: At 8:40 p.m. on October 7, 2019, at km58 of National Highway 8A, Son Kim 1 commune, Huong Son district, Ha Tinh province, the anti-drug forces of the Nghe An and Ha Tinh Border Guards coordinated with Group 1 of the Border Guard Drug and Crime Prevention Department to successfully break up Project 489L.
Thereby arresting the subject Hoang Ngoc Tan, born on May 30, 1991, residing in Son Tay town, Huong Son district, Ha Tinh province.
