Arrested 9X female monster specializing in drug trafficking from Laos to Vietnam

(Baonghean.vn) - Information from Tuong Duong District Police said that the unit's anti-drug crime force had just successfully broken up case 1516M, arresting Tran Thi Ngoc Anh (born in 1993, residing in block 9, Con Cuong town, temporarily residing in Thach Duong village, Thach Giam commune, Tuong Duong).

Tran Thi Ngoc Anh is a drug addict. Ngoc Anh’s mother is currently serving a 12-year prison sentence for drug trafficking.

After her mother was arrested, Ngoc Anh moved to Doc Dai Hill, Thach Duong village, and paired up with Kha Thanh Tai (born in 1976, residing in Cua Rao village, Xa Luong commune, Tuong Duong) to form a drug trafficking ring from Laos to Vietnam for retail sale to addicts.

Investigation documents show that the subjects were equipped with firearms to deal with the authorities. The district police organized many times to arrest them but were unsuccessful. After a period of silence, Ngoc Anh returned to the old place and continued to buy and sell drugs.

After a long time of monitoring the subject's movements, at around 6:00 p.m. on September 18, the Tuong Duong District Police working group discovered Tran Thi Ngoc Anh walking alone and requested an administrative check. Ngoc Anh fiercely resisted and tried to throw the small cloth bag down the cliff but failed.

Checking the cloth bag, Tuong Duong District Police discovered 200 synthetic drug pills and 58 grams of heroin.

At the investigation agency, Tran Thi Ngoc Anh confessed that the above drugs were purchased by Anh and Tai from Laos to use and sell to addicts in the area.

The case is being expanded by the Tuong Duong District Police to investigate and soon complete the file to transfer to the People's Procuracy at the same level to prosecute the subject before the law.
