Caught red-handed 'female monster' in the highlands for drug trafficking
(Baonghean.vn) - Que Phong district police have just broken up a drug case, arrested 1 subject, and seized 1 heroin cake (weighing more than 179 grams).
Accordingly, late on October 12, in Muong Noc commune, Que Phong district police caught Lu Thi Hong Ngoc (born in 1981, residing in Thanh Phong 2 village, Muong Noc commune, Que Phong district) red-handed for illegally buying and selling drugs.
The seized exhibits included 01 heroin cake weighing 179.38 grams and 800 synthetic drug pills. Thereby, 01 drug retail point in the area was eliminated.

Lu Thi Hong Ngoc was sentenced to 9 years in prison for drug crimes. Ngoc's husband is also serving a prison sentence for drug trafficking.
After being released from prison, Lu Thi Hong Ngoc "returned to her old ways", using previous relationships to connect, collude, and illegally buy and sell drugs.

Currently, the Investigation Police Agency of Que Phong District Police has issued an order to temporarily detain Lu Thi Hong Ngoc to consolidate the case file and handle it according to the provisions of law.
