Police officer detained for fraud and property appropriation
Vu Quang Duong used fake land use right certificates as collateral, in order to appropriate the victims' assets.
On March 29, Tu Son City Police, Bac Ninh Province announced that they had just decided to strip the military rank, prosecute the accused, and issue an order to temporarily detain Mr. Vu Quang Duong - Lieutenant Colonel, Deputy of VSIP Regional Police Station, Tu Son City Police to investigate the crime.Cheatappropriation of property

Authorities initially determined that Mr. Vu Quang Duong used a fake land use right certificate to take out a loan in order to appropriate the victim's property.
It is known that Mr. Vu Quang Duong is being accused by many people of taking advantage of trust to borrow money and then embezzling it without paying it back.
Currently, the case is being investigated by the functional forces of Tu Son City Police (Bac Ninh Provincial Police) to expand the case./.
