US Presidential Election: Mr. Trump is not leading in the battleground state where he won twice
Donald Trump is no longer leading in the battleground state of Iowa, which he has won twice, according to a new poll.

According to CNN, a new poll by the Des Moines Register and Mediacom shows that former President Trump is no longer leading in Iowa, where he won in 2016 and 2020.
Presidential candidate Donald Trump's campaign team immediately dismissed the new poll.
"Every election cycle there's a stupid poll," Trump campaign senior adviser Jason Miller told CNN.
The campaign later released a memo on the evening of November 2 (Washington time), calling the new poll "an outlier," and assessing that a separate Emerson College poll released the same day "more closely reflects the state of the Iowa electorate."
The final poll in Iowa shows Vice President Kamala Harris holding 47% of the vote, compared to 44% for former President Donald Trump.
In addition, a series of new polls show a tight race in the "blue wall" states. The advantage is slightly tilted towards Vice President Harris in Michigan and Wisconsin, while in Pennsylvania both candidates have the same percentage. Many forecasts say that Ms. Harris needs to win the "blue wall" states to win the presidency.
Four years ago in the 2020 election, incumbent President Joe Biden won all the electoral votes in the “blue wall” states to leave Mr. Trump far behind and enter the White House. In 2016, Mr. Trump also became the owner of the “white house” with just under 78,000 popular votes in the three “blue wall” states.
