Closing the Congress of Hoang Mai Town Party Committee for the 2020 - 2025 term

The Congress promoted the spirit of solidarity, democracy, and focused on discussing and contributing ideas to the Political Report and the Review Report of the First Town Party Committee to be submitted to the Second Town Party Congress and contributing ideas to the draft Political Report to be submitted to the 19th Provincial Party Congress, term 2020 - 2025, and the draft documents of the 13th National Party Congress.

The Congress listened to reports, discussed, clarified and accurately assessed the achieved results, pointed out the shortcomings, limitations, causes of advantages and disadvantages and drew lessons in leadership and direction in implementing the Resolution of the Town Party Congress for the term 2015 - 2020.

From there, it has determined the direction, goals, tasks and solutions for the next 5-year development period (2020 - 2025) in the fields of: socio-economy; national defense - security; Party building work, building the political system.

From the results achieved in the past term and forecasts for the coming years, the Congress decided on the general goals for the next term.

In particular, implementing breakthroughs well, focusing on building and developing synchronous infrastructure in a civilized and modern direction. Effectively exploiting land resources, mineral resources, comparative advantages, labor, capital, culture, history..., in which it is necessary to focus on prioritizing capital and human resources to meet development requirements.

Promote administrative reform, organize and implement the legal system and policies of the State to create a favorable investment and business environment for development. Preserve and promote traditional cultural values ​​associated with building the culture of Hoang Mai people, contributing to economic development and sustainable social management; increase income, effectively implement social progress and equity, improve the material and spiritual life of the people.

Continue to innovate leadership methods, improve the leadership capacity and fighting strength of grassroots Party organizations and Party members to meet the requirements of tasks in the new situation. Continue to implement the study and follow of Ho Chi Minh's ideology, morality and lifestyle in conjunction with the implementation of Resolution 4 of the Central Committee (12th tenure) on Party building. Focus on improving the quality and effectiveness of the activities of the Fatherland Front and mass organizations.

The Congress unanimously agreed and voted to pass the Resolution of the 2nd Town Party Congress, term 2020 - 2025; at the same time, develop action plans and programs and focus on leading and directing the successful implementation of the Resolution of the 2nd Town Party Congress, term 2020 - 2025.

The Congress elected the Party Executive Committee of the Town for the 2nd term, consisting of 38 comrades who met the standards of moral qualities, capacity and qualifications; elected 11 official delegates and 1 alternate delegate to attend the 19th Provincial Party Congress.

In his closing speech at the congress, Hoang Mai City Party Secretary Le Truong Giang emphasized: The congress requires Party committees and organizations at all levels to focus on leading, directing, and organizing well the research and dissemination of the Congress Resolution to every cadre, party member, and people of all walks of life.

On the basis of the Congress Resolution, it is necessary to focus on directing the development of specific programs and implementation plans in accordance with approved socio-economic development plans and the actual situation of the locality.

In the process of implementing the Resolution of the Congress, it is necessary to identify key and breakthrough tasks to focus on leadership, direction, and resources for implementation, avoiding dispersion; regularly inspect, urge, and evaluate implementation results to have timely, dynamic, and creative solutions; create new breakthroughs in socio-economic aspects in the 2020-2025 term, meeting the trust of the province, the expectations and hopes of cadres, party members, and people.
