The volleyball tournament to welcome the 5th Congress of Nghe An Provincial Civil Servants' Trade Union, term 2023 - 2028, was organized by Nghe An Provincial Civil Servants' Trade Union, Veterans Association and Youth Union of Provincial Agencies, with the participation of 36 teams, including 13 men's volleyball teams and 23 women's volleyball teams.

In the men's volleyball final, the Nghe An Procuracy team defeated the Nghe An Tax Department team. With this result, the Nghe An Provincial People's Procuracy team won the championship; the Nghe An Tax Department team won second prize; the Department of Home Affairs and the Provincial Youth Union teams shared third prize.

In the final match of women's volleyball, the Department of Agriculture and Rural Development team won against the Nghe An Tax Department team. With this result, the Department of Agriculture and Rural Development team won the championship; the Nghe An Tax Department team won the second prize; the teams of the Nghe An State Treasury and the Vietnam Development Bank, Nghe An branch won the third prize.

At the closing ceremony, in addition to awarding the championship teams, second and third prizes, the Organizing Committee also awarded style prizes to the Provincial Party Committee Office team (men's volleyball) and the Nghe An Customs Department team (women's volleyball).
