2024,Civil Servants' UnionThe province has directed and organized many activities to care for the interests of union members and workers. Thereby, 100% of grassroots unions organized activities to care for and support union members, in many practical and meaningful forms during the Lunar New Year, organized Workers' Month, Vietnamese Family Day, Children's Day; coordinated to organize health check-ups for 1,798 union members.

Traditional education activities continue to be coordinated by the professional and trade unions of agencies and units through incense offering, flower offering, and reporting activities at Kim Lien Relic Site, Truong Bon Relic Site... 100% of grassroots trade unions have done a good job of hanging banners and running electronic text with propaganda content for major national holidays, Workers' Month, Labor Safety and Hygiene Month, Vietnam Trade Union Foundation Day (July 28)...

The emulation movement for excellent and creative workers continues to be responded to by grassroots unions and union members, making an important contribution to the implementation of digital transformation and administrative reform. Agencies and units actively review to advise and propose to cut unnecessary components of documents, reduce processing time; complete the development of internal procedures and electronic procedures in handling administrative procedures.

To implement the tasks of the first quarter of 2025, the Provincial Civil Servants' Trade Union requested grassroots trade unions to carry out the following contents: Proactively participate and coordinate with professionals to organize conferences for civil servants and public employees in accordance with the prescribed procedures and time; continue to mobilize union members to actively respond to the emulation movement of excellent workers and creative workers; compete to implement office culture, build agencies and units that meet cultural standards.
