| The seafood that tourists mainly choose to buy is dried anchovies, dried squid, and dried shrimp. However, the most popular item currently is still fish sauce, produced by the villagers using traditional methods passed down through generations. |

| The image of fish sauce fermentation vats, aged for over two years and spread out in the yard, with fresh fish and sea salt as the main ingredients, has been associated with the people of this coastal village for hundreds of years and has become a unique beauty that fascinates tourists. |

| Mr. Phung Ba Huynh, owner of a fish sauce production facility in Block 3, Nghi Thuy, said: "I am the third generation continuing my family's tradition of making fish sauce. After the environmental disaster in the Central coastal region caused by Formosa, and then the suspected arsenic contamination of fish sauce, people in coastal villages like mine have been struggling all year. I thank the government for intervening promptly to clear the name of traditional fish sauce." |

| Besides Nghi Thuy village, Cua Lo also has Hai Giang 1 (Nghi Hai) village - one of the traditional fish sauce villages that has registered its product design. |

| Although it's not yet peak season, the Vo Kim fish sauce production facility – one of the largest in Hai Giang 1 village – supplies hundreds of liters of fish sauce to the market every day. On average, the facility distributes 30,000 to 40,000 liters of fish sauce nationwide each year. |

| The owner of the Vo Kim fish sauce production facility said: "The fish sauce making profession has been passed down through generations in our family, from father to son. Now, my son and I are also following in our footsteps. We have always believed that our traditional brand, combined with our experience, will produce fish sauce that ensures food safety and hygiene for consumers." |
