After nearly 2 years of construction, the Eastern Bus Station of Vinh City under Van Minh Company Limited was completed and put into operation according to Decision No. 851/SGTVT-VT dated December 27, 2019 of the Nghe An Department of Transport. However, due to the impact of the Covid-19 epidemic, the station has only started operating again since the beginning of May 2020.

The Eastern bus station of Vinh city is located in hamlet 3, Nghi Phu commune, Vinh city (Nghe An). The station has a total area of nearly 7,000 m2, with a maximum service capacity of 574 departing vehicles/day and night, meeting the standards of a type III bus station according to regulations of the Ministry of Transport.
The station's spatial architecture includes a 2-storey operating building, a waiting room for passenger cars and a parking lot for all types of vehicles; the parking lot has a roof at the pick-up and drop-off area... In addition, the station also has a storage area for goods, express delivery services, transportation, and transit of passengers and goods in Vinh city, to serve the convenient travel needs of people, contributing to reducing traffic accidents and relieving traffic congestion in the inner city area.The bus station currently has more than 100 fixed inter-provincial passenger transport routes to and from provinces and cities nationwide according to Decision No. 542/QD-BGTVT of the Ministry of Transport dated April 3, 2020; There are 37 fixed intra-provincial passenger transport routes according to Decision No. 1250/QD-UBND of Nghe An Provincial People's Committee dated April 18, 2019.

The process of exploiting and managing the bus station applies modern software, using technology to manage vehicles entering and leaving the station, integrating magnetic cards for fixed-route passenger transport vehicles so that vehicles entering and leaving the station do not have to wait at the entrance gates; thus, shortening the waiting time of vehicles entering and leaving the gate... There is a loudspeaker system to communicate departure times, supporting passengers to board the bus on time; the waiting room has a full air conditioning system, fans; there is a clean restroom area, a wheelchair reserved for the disabled...
- For inter-provincial routes in the North and intra-provincial routes to districts along National Highway 1, National Highway 7, National Highway 48, operating in the following direction:Eastern bus station - National Highway 46 - turn right onto Thang Long Street to National Highway 1 - Northern provinces and above districts.
- For inter-provincial routes in the South and intra-provincial routes to districts along National Highway 46 and routes operating along Ho Chi Minh Highway:Eastern bus station - National Highway 46 - Dang Thai Mai street - turn left onto Vinh City bypass - Ben Thuy 2 bridge - Southern provinces.
At this time, Vinh City Eastern Bus Station is having a promotion program for the first 2 months of free station services from the time the vehicle starts operating at the station (after 2 months, until December 31, 2020, 50% of station service fees are free for passenger vehicles)... For shuttle vehicles, cargo vehicles, and ticket offices, the above promotion program is also being applied.
In addition, the bus station also supports the registration procedures for operating fixed inter-provincial and intra-provincial passenger transport routes for enterprises and transport cooperatives that need to operate at the station (Nghe An Department of Transport and the Department of Transport). As soon as the Vinh City Eastern Bus Station came into operation, the company quickly registered to operate at the station and was quite satisfied with the services here; especially the layout and arrangement of the Bus Station Management Board, there was no overlap between bus companies, so the entry and exit of the station was quite good, convenient for picking up and dropping off passengers.
