2.Standards and conditions for application

2.1.Recruitment of civil servants:

- Be a Vietnamese citizen aged 18 years or older, have a diploma, training certificate, or professional certificate appropriate to the position being recruited. Have a clear background, and be healthy enough to undertake the job. Meet other conditions as required by the job position but must not be contrary to the provisions of law.

- Not being prosecuted for criminal liability, serving a criminal sentence or decision of the court, being subject to administrative measures of being sent to a medical facility, educational facility, or reformatory school.

2.2.Staff reception:

In addition to the standards and conditions in section 2.1, in case of accepting civil servants, there are additional conditions: Having at least 05 years of work experience suitable for the job position; currently being a civil servant working in public service units, suitable for the recruitment position.

3.Recruitment form:Admission (as prescribed in Decree 115/2020/ND-CP dated September 25, 2020 of the Government and Circular 06/2020/TT-BNV dated December 2, 2020 of the Ministry of Home Affairs).

4.Admission content

Recruitment of civil servants is conducted in 2 rounds as follows:

- Round 1: Check the application conditions on the Application Form according to the requirements of the job position to be recruited. If the requirements are met, the applicant will be allowed to participate in round 2.

- Round 2: Conduct the selection by interview. Interview content: Test the knowledge and professional skills of the candidate according to the job position. Interview time is 30 minutes (candidates have 15 minutes to prepare). Interview score: 100 points.
