Nghe An Traditional Medicine Hospital - highlights in 2019

As a testament to the determination of the Party Committee, Board of Directors, civil servants and employees to build a hospital with high-quality expertise, professionalism, friendliness and modernity, in 2019, the number of patients coming to the hospital for examination and treatment increased "dramatically". The hospital received more than 10,000 patients for examination and treatment; at peak, it received more than 800 patients/day.

Up to now, the treatment methods for rehabilitation after cerebrovascular accident, treatment of facial nerve palsy, treatment of herniated disc, sclerotherapy for hemorrhoids... have become the "brand" of the hospital. Thanks to that, thousands of cases have been effectively treated, helping patients avoid having to transfer to other facilities.

Along with improving professional quality, the hospital implemented the "5S" model, launched the "Green - Clean - Beautiful Thursday" movement, calling on all hospital medical staff to clean patient rooms, examination rooms, offices, plant and take care of trees...

The hospital is equipped with TVinfo software to provide health knowledge and entertainment TV programs for patients. Each patient room is built with a sound system for patients to listen to relaxing music. The system of convenient services creates a modern, friendly hospital environment, helping patients feel close to home.

In 2020, the Hospital will continue to comprehensively innovate, preparing for the operating roadmap under the mechanism of "autonomy, self-responsibility for performing tasks, organizing apparatus, personnel and finance"; building a hospital with a planned scale of 450 beds, meeting the needs of medical examination and treatment for people's health in the province and the region./.
