Although they had to wake up before dawn and the road to Dong Van commune was quite far, with a pioneering spirit, 14 doctors and volunteers were always full of enthusiasm, wanting to go to the people in remote areas to examine, advise and support them.

Here, the delegation examined, provided health consultation, and provided free medicine to nearly 400 people, with nearly 100 thread implants to help patients improve their health, treat, prevent, and restore functions... In addition, the hospital's medical team also advised on how to eat, rest, and live properly to help people prevent and treat diseases, and protect the health of themselves and their families.

Mr. Tran Van Hieu (60 years old) in Dong Van commune, Tan Ky district shared: “Our hometown people live in remote mountainous areas, rarely have the conditions to go to medical facilities for regular check-ups. Now that the volunteer doctors and nurses come to the commune health station to directly examine and give free medicine, we are very excited. The program not only creates favorable conditions for the elderly to have the conditions to take care of their health, but also encourages us to live happier and healthier lives.”

With the spirit of “mutual love and support”, for many years, humanitarian medical examination and treatment activities have become an annual activity of Nghe An Traditional Medicine Hospital, carrying practical social significance, contributing to creating conditions for people to access medical services, raising awareness of taking care of their own health and that of their families.

These humanitarian volunteer activities will continue to be promoted by the hospital, contributing to improving people's health and quality of life, while spreading love in the community./.
