Dang Van Hien, 40 years old, Nung ethnic group, residing in Bu Dang, Binh Phuoc, has a field at the scene of the shooting that killed three people and injured 18 others.

Previously, on October 23, dozens of people from Long Son Company, Dak Nong province, including workers and security guards of the company, went to sub-area 1535 (Quang Truc commune, Tuy Duc district) to level the land encroached by the people.

When arriving, there were many people waiting to surround the group of workers and company security guards and a fight broke out.

According to Long Son Company employees, three people held guns and shot at a group of Long Son Company employees. Even though they had "shields" to block bullets, three people still died and 18 others were injured.

After the incident, the police force was present to ensure order and investigate. During the investigation of the scene and search of Mr. Hien's residence, 10 guns, dozens of "shields", sticks, knives and swords were seized from the group of workers and security guards of Long Son Company.

According to Tuy Duc District People's Committee, the cause of the murder was that Long Son Company arbitrarily organized forces to "enforce" without informing local authorities, causing angry reactions from the people.

Previously, there were other conflicts and clashes that occurred but were not serious enough to involve the use of such weapons.

After examining the scene and collecting evidence, the Dak Nong Provincial Police Investigation Agency decided to prosecute the case, prosecute the accused and issue a wanted warrant for Mr. Hien.
