Provincial Party Secretary attended the great solidarity festival of block 4, Truong Thi ward, Vinh city

(Baonghean.vn) - Attending the national solidarity festival with the people of block 4, Truong Thi ward, Vinh city, comrade Nguyen Dac Vinh emphasized: "The tradition of solidarity is extremely valuable. With solidarity, there is no need to worry about not being able to develop and grow."

Towards the 87th anniversary of the National United Front and the National Great Unity Day (November 18, 1930 - November 18, 2017), on the afternoon of November 4, Comrade Nguyen Dac Vinh - Member of the Party Central Committee, Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Head of the Provincial National Assembly Delegation attended the National Great Unity Day with cadres and people of Block 4, Truong Thi Ward, Vinh City. Block 4, Truong Thi ward has more than 257 households with 882 people. After 1 year of implementing emulation movements and the campaign "All people unite to build new rural areas, civilized urban areas", associated with building a cultural block, cadres and people in the block have united, agreed, and worked together to build an increasingly developed life. Up to now, the whole block has 80% of well-off households, 80% of rich households; 20% of households with income have an average living standard, there are no poor households.

In particular, cadres and people in the bloc are always united to practice a cultural lifestyle, behave civilly through mutual support and assistance activities in the community; raise awareness of protecting the common environment, preserving civilized urban lifestyle; at the same time, propagate and mobilize restaurants and hotels located in the bloc to strictly comply with traffic laws, environmental sanitation, security and order, food safety and hygiene, along with strengthening management and education of employees to behave culturally and politely with customers..., not allowing hot spots of security and order to occur.

Results of building cultural families and cultural blocks, in 2017, the whole block had 225/237 households achieving the title of "Cultural Family", accounting for 94.9%; 23 households achieved the title of "Typical Cultural Family".

The cadres and people of Block 4 identified the key task in 2018, which is to continue to unite, be unanimous, and determined to strive to successfully carry out the movement "All people unite to build new rural areas and civilized urban areas" and maintain the cultural block; 95% or more households register to implement and achieve the title of "Cultural Family".

Speaking at the ceremony, comrade Nguyen Dac Vinh - Member of the Party Central Committee, Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Head of the Provincial National Assembly Delegation highly appreciated many active and enthusiastic activities of the cadres and people of Block 4 in the past time, contributing to building an increasingly civilized and developed block.

The Provincial Party Secretary also shared the joy of each cadre and citizen of Block 4 participating in the festival, which reflected the true spirit of the Great National Unity Day, and at the same time enhanced the solidarity and attachment of the people of the block.

The Provincial Party Secretary hopes that the cadres and people of Block 4, Truong Thi Ward, will continue to unite, bond, and share with each other. Those with better conditions will help and support those in more difficult circumstances so that each family in the block will have a better life, a more abundant material life, live in a spacious and happy house, and the community will be more united.

“No matter how much more developed life becomes, the tradition of solidarity is an extremely valuable thing that needs to be preserved; with solidarity, there is no need to worry about not being able to develop and grow,” Comrade Nguyen Dac Vinh emphasized.

On this occasion, Provincial Party Secretary Nguyen Dac Vinh presented gifts to the bloc and 10 families in difficult circumstances. The Front Working Committee of bloc 4 also received a Certificate of Merit from the Central Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front for its outstanding achievements in Front work.
