(Baonghean.vn)- On the morning of October 12, Prof. Dr. Nguyen Xuan Thang, Secretary of the Party Central Committee, Director of the Ho Chi Minh National Academy of Politics, offered flowers and incense to commemorate President Ho Chi Minh at the Kim Lien relic site.
