Nghe An: Highlights September 12

* On the occasion of the 995th anniversary of the name Nghe An, the 95th anniversary of the Nghe Tinh Soviet and the 56th death anniversary of President Ho Chi Minh,Comrade Mai Van Chinh - Member of the Party Central Committee, Deputy Prime Ministercame to offer flowers and incense to commemorate President Ho Chi Minh.
