(Baonghean.vn) - Party Central Committee Secretary Phan Dinh Trac commented that in the context of the Party and State promoting streamlining the payroll and improving the quality of the staff in accordance with the spirit of Resolution 6 of the 12th Central Committee, it is necessary to change the mindset about job searching.
On the morning of May 4, National Assembly Deputies (NADs): Phan Dinh Trac - Secretary of the Party Central Committee, Head of the Central Internal Affairs Commission; Nguyen Thi Thao - doctor of Tay Bac General Hospital; Moong Van Tinh - official of Que Phong District Youth Union, carried out activities to contact voters in Nghia Thinh, Nghia Hung, Nghia Mai communes, Nghia Dan district.
Also attending were representatives of the Departments of Labor, Invalids and Social Affairs, Transport, Natural Resources and Environment; and leaders of Nghia Dan district.

At the conference, voters reflected 13 opinions related to 19 issues, in which the most prominent were the content of land ownership disputes; loose management and punishment of mineral and sand exploitation in the area; difficulties in paying policies related to people with revolutionary contributions; difficulties in the traffic system, requesting support for building degraded bridges, especially temporary bridges without railings such as Hieu River bridge connecting Nghia Thinh and Nghia Hung communes...
Voter Nguyen Van Nhuong (Nghia Mai commune) said that the atmosphere of building new rural areas in localities is increasingly exciting, and people are in agreement. Therefore, timely support of cement is needed so that the government and people can soon complete the national target program.

Responding to voters, regarding the increasing number of unemployed children after graduating from school, and the lack of opportunities to find jobs in state agencies, the Party Central Committee Secretary emphasized the need to change the mindset about finding job opportunities.
“You should not insist on entering a state agency. A talented person always knows how to identify the right place where he can contribute and develop his intelligence,” the Party Central Committee Secretary commented.
Especially, in the context that the Party and State are promoting streamlining the payroll, streamlining the apparatus, and improving the quality of the staff in accordance with the spirit of Resolution 6 of the 12th Central Committee.
The Party Central Committee Secretary added that the Party, the State, as well as the province are actively developing the socio-economy, which will open up more job opportunities for children.
