(Baonghean.vn) -In Binh Chuan commune, Con Cuong district, there are currently 23 women who have left their villages, of which 16 women are confirmed to be in China, the whereabouts of the rest are currently unknown.

Mr. Kha Van Minh, Chief of Police of Binh Chuan Commune, said that most of the women who went to China were married to local men. These women all had difficult family situations, some had husbands in prison, some had drug addicts, were abused and beaten. These women were all lured to China with the promise of stable jobs, high salaries, etc.
