(Baonghean.vn) - Just because of a small conflict over a blocked irrigation pipe, Le Van Linh (born in 1984), residing in hamlet 20, Quynh Van commune, Quynh Luu district, suddenly picked up a knife and seriously injured his neighbor's father and son.

On February 12, Mr. Ho Van Thanh - Chief of Quynh Van Commune Police said that the locality is coordinating with Quynh Luu District Police to continue investigating the case of intentional injury to Le Van Linh.

Ngoc was seriously injured and is being treated at Nghe An General Hospital.

Previously, at 10am on February 8, when Mr. Nguyen Dinh Dung (1976) in Hamlet 20, Quynh Van Commune was working outside the alley, he saw Linh carrying a knife and causing trouble. Thinking that Mr. Dung and his wife intentionally blocked the water pipe for watering their vegetables, Linh cursed and threatened the neighbor with a knife.

While the two sides were arguing, Nguyen Dinh Ngoc (born in 1998), Mr. Dung's son, came back from repairing a motorbike and intervened. Linh immediately used a knife to slash Ngoc repeatedly, causing 3 fingers on his right hand to be severed and many deep cuts on his left arm. Seeing his son being chased and slashed by neighbors, Mr. Dung shouted for everyone to come to his rescue, but Linh continued to throw a dashboard shell at his head, causing him to bleed slightly.

Mr. Dung's house continued to be set on fire by bad guys, burning down a pile of straw in his garden.

Immediately after the incident, Quynh Van commune police and Quynh Luu district police arrived to resolve the situation and take the victim to the emergency room. At the same time, Le Van Linh was detained for investigation.

While Mr. Dung and his son were being treated in the hospital, in the early morning of February 12, some bad guys set fire to a pile of straw in the garden.Mr. Dung.
