The Politburo appointed Ms. Bui Thi Minh Hoai to hold the position of Secretary of the Party Committee of the Fatherland Front and Central Mass Organizations.
Hanoi Party Secretary Bui Thi Minh Hoai was assigned and appointed by the Politburo to hold the position of Secretary of the Party Committee of the Fatherland Front and Central Mass Organizations for the 2025-2030 term.
This morning, the Central Committee of the Fatherland Front and Central organizations held a conference to announce the Politburo's decision on personnel work.
The Politburo decided to allow Ms. Bui Thi Minh Hoai - Politburo member, Secretary of the Hanoi Party Committee to stop participating in the Executive Committee, Standing Committee, and to stop holding the position of Secretary of the City Party Committee.
At the same time, the Politburo assigned and appointed Ms. Bui Thi Minh Hoai to join the 13th Party Central Committee Secretariat, to join the Executive Committee, the Standing Committee, and to hold the position of Secretary of the Party Committee of the Fatherland Front and Central organizations.

Previously, the Politburo mobilized, assigned, and appointed Mr. Do Van Chien - Politburo member, Secretary of the Party Central Committee to cease participating in the Executive Committee, Standing Committee, and cease holding the position of Secretary of the Party Committee of the Fatherland Front and Central organizations.
Mr. Do Van Chien joined the Executive Committee, Standing Committee and held the position of Permanent Deputy Secretary of the National Assembly Party Committee for the 2025-2030 term.
Ms. Bui Thi Minh Hoai was born in 1965, from Ninh Binh province, has a master's degree and a bachelor's degree in Law. She is a member of the 13th Politburo, a member of the Party Central Committee of the 10th (alternate), 11th, 12th, 13th terms; and a delegate of the 15th National Assembly.
Ms. Hoai worked for many years in Ha Nam province (old).
From March 2009 to March 2011, she held the position of Permanent Vice President of the Central Executive Committee of the Vietnam Farmers' Union.
From March 2011 to January 2023, she held the position of Deputy Head and then Permanent Deputy Head of the Central Inspection Commission.
At the first meeting of the 13th Party Central Committee (February 2021), Ms. Bui Thi Minh Hoai was elected to the Secretariat. Two months later, she assumed the position of Head of the Central Mass Mobilization Commission.
In May 2024, at the 9th Central Conference of the 13th Party Congress, Ms. Bui Thi Minh Hoai was elected to the Politburo.
In July 2024, she was assigned by the Politburo to hold the position of Secretary of the Hanoi Party Committee.
Last October, she was re-elected as Secretary of the Hanoi Party Committee.
