The emulation campaign of the Provincial Military Command with the theme "Solidarity, Creativity, and Victory" took place from May 12, 2019 to June 12, 2019; focusing on implementing 5 main emulation goals and targets including: Propaganda and education to build the highest sense of responsibility; Performing tasks with the highest quality; Democracy, solidarity, and strictest discipline; Participating in "Repaying gratitude" activities with the highest efficiency; Organizing activities to celebrate the Emulation Congress of the 4 Military Regions' Armed Forces in the period of 2014 - 2019 with the best results.
