Provincial Military Command: Closing Tennis tournament to celebrate 70 years of August Revolution and National Day September 2
(Baonghean.vn) - On the evening of August 30, the Organizing Committee of the Provincial Military Command Tennis Club held the Closing Ceremony of the tennis tournament to celebrate the 70th anniversary of the August Revolution (August 19, 1945 - August 19, 2015) and the National Day of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam (September 2, 1945 - September 2, 2015).
Attending the event were Colonel Ha Tan Tien, Member of the Provincial Party Standing Committee, Commander of the Provincial Military Command; Colonel Luong Hong Phong, Deputy Secretary of the Military Party Committee, Political Commissar of the Provincial Military Command.
The tournament was attended by 36 athletes (including 18 couples) from the Provincial Military Command and the Department of Transport. The athletes competed in two categories A and B.During the competition, the Organizing Committee, the Referee Committee, and the athletes strictly followed the tournament regulations, promoted a sense of responsibility, competed in solidarity and nobility, and carried out the motto "Healthy to build and protect the Fatherland".

At the end of the tournament, the Organizing Committee awarded the first prize in class A to the couple Ha Tan Tien - Duong Manh Khoa, the second prize to the couple Ho Ba Thai - Tran Ngoc Quynh; the first prize in class B to the couple Luong Hong Phong - Nguyen Thai Son, the second prize to the couple Le Anh Phap - Hoang Xuan Thang.
The successful tennis tournament has practical significance in creating a vibrant, joyful and exciting competitive atmosphere to celebrate the 70th anniversary of the August Revolution and the 70th anniversary of the National Day of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam in the two agencies of the Provincial Military Command and the Department of Transport.
