(Baonghean.vn) - On the occasion of the 73rd anniversary of the founding of the Vietnam People's Army (December 22, 1944 - December 22, 2017) and the 28th anniversary of the National Defense Day, on the afternoon of December 21, the Party Committee of the Provincial Military Command led by Senior Lieutenant Colonel Thai Duc Hanh - Political Commissar of the Provincial Military Command visited and offered flowers and incense at Kim Lien Relic Site (Nam Dan) and Vinh City Martyrs Cemetery.

At the Memorial House of President Ho Chi Minh, Senior Lieutenant Colonel Thai Duc Hanh - Political Commissar of the Provincial Military Command and Senior Lieutenant Colonel Nguyen Ngoc Ha - Deputy Commander, Chief of Staff of the Provincial Military Command and comrades in the Standing Committee of the Provincial Military Command Party Committee respectfully offered incense sticks and fresh flower baskets to express their infinite gratitude for the merits of President Ho Chi Minh and the heroic martyrs who heroically sacrificed for the independence and freedom of the Fatherland.
At the same time, I promise to continue to follow the path chosen by the Party and Uncle Ho, strive to successfully implement the goals and tasks of socio-economic development associated with strengthening national defense and security, contributing to building Nghe An province into a prosperous province as Uncle Ho wished during his lifetime.
