(Baonghean.vn) - The Provincial Military Command has donated 45 tons of cement and 8 million VND to support Nam Giai commune (Que Phong) in investing in strengthening the rural traffic system.

On the morning of May 22, a working delegation of the Nghe An Provincial Military Command led by Colonel Tran Van Hung - Member of the Provincial Party Committee Standing Committee, Commander of the Provincial Military Command, came to present cement and direct officers and soldiers to help the poor border commune of Nam Giai (Que Phong) build new rural roads.
