* On the morning of January 22, at Kim Lien National Special Relic Site, Nam Dan District,Provincial Military Command Party Committeerespectfully offer to the spirit of President Ho Chi Minh a fresh flower basket and a stick of incense to express deep gratitude for his great contributions - the beloved leader of the entire Vietnamese people.
In memory of and gratitude for the contributions of the Party and Uncle Ho, the officers and soldiers of the armed forces of Nghe An province pledge to always follow the path chosen by the Party and Uncle Ho, and to always strive to be a loyal and trustworthy political force of the Party Committee, government and people; and to be worthy of being the armed forces in the homeland of beloved Uncle Ho.
Next, at the Vinh City Martyrs' Cemetery, the delegation of the Provincial Military Command offered flowers and incense to the graves of the martyrs; expressing deep gratitude and appreciation for the fighting and sacrifices of the heroes and martyrs for the country of Vietnam to be peaceful, unified and have territorial integrity.

The officers and soldiers of the provincial armed forces vow to uphold the tradition of their ancestors, continue to unite, overcome difficulties, strive to fulfill local military and defense tasks, contribute to maintaining political security and social order and safety, and create favorable conditions and environment for the province to develop its economy and society.

Offering a basket of fresh flowers and incense to the spirit of Uncle Ho, the delegation paid tribute to the genius leader of the Party and the Vietnamese people; the beloved Father of the armed forces. At the same time, they reported to Uncle Ho the outstanding achievements that the unit's officers and soldiers had strived to achieve in the past year.
