Ministry of Public Security appoints Chief of Tan Ky District Police

According to the decision of the General Director of the General Department of Politics of the Ministry of Public Security, Lieutenant Colonel Pham Vu Cuong, born in 1976, Deputy Chief of Vinh City Police, was transferred and appointed to the position of Chief of Tan Ky District Police.
