(Baonghean.vn) - To help people quickly stabilize their lives after the great flood, Division 324 (Military Region 4) sent 250 officers and soldiers to Thanh Chuong district to participate in overcoming the consequences of the flood. These days, in the "flood center", the relationship between the army and the people is truly warm and strong.

Thanh Chuong is one of the districts that suffered heavy damage in the recent flood.
