According to the report ofMinistry of Education and Training, recently many localities have organized online learning and the problem of student injuries is still complicated, especially drowning accidents. In some localities and schools, there are still accidents that cause death or injury to students such as: collapsed fences, gates, school gates, railings, fallen trees, electric shock, falling from high floors..., especially drowning accidents. Particularly, deaths due to drowning accidents, from April 30, 2021 to October 31, 2021, there were 70 cases, causing the death of 113 children and students, of which, deaths due to drowning in children occurred mainly in the community (accounting for 76.6%), at home (22.4%) and at school (1%).

In addition, there are still educational institutions that do not strictly control the origin of food input in school kitchens, use food of unknown origin, leading to students being infected with diseases transmitted through the digestive tract, food poisoning, affecting the health and psychology of students, the reputation of the school, causing anxiety for students' families.

In particular, recently, in some provinces, there has been a phenomenon of very sophisticated synthetic drug disguise, drug packages disguised as fruit powder packages, candy... sold in areas near schools, causing unpredictable harm to students, society and making it difficult for authorities to detect.

At the conference, many opinions from localities were also raised with the aim of building safe schools, minimizing the spread of the disease. Opinions also said that in the coming time, although the Covid-19 epidemic situation is still complicated, it is necessary for schools to reopen to welcome students, so organizing activities to prevent and combat social evils, prevent and combatdrugEnsuring student health and safety conditions and preventing school violence need to be given attention and implemented by educational institutions in accordance with the instructions of superiors and based on the practical situation of the locality.

At the conference, Mr. Nguyen Trong Be - Head of the Department of Politics and Ideology, Nghe An Department of Education and Training also gave a presentation on the implementation of food poisoning prevention, fire prevention and fighting, and ensuring safety in preventing and fighting the Covid-19 epidemic when students return to school. Meanwhile, the current difficulty of Nghe An is that the staff in charge of school health work is still lacking, not uniform, the ability to control and ensure food hygiene and safety and epidemic prevention is not high; some managers are still subjective, not strictly following regulations on epidemic prevention and fighting.

In schools, there are still many risks of unsafety, awareness of fire prevention, food poisoning prevention of a number of teachers and staff in schools, especially kindergartens, semi-boarding schools, boarding schools with kitchens for students is still weak. Some management departments have not taken this work seriously.
