Prime Minister hands over decisions to appoint leaders of ministries, branches and agencies

Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh chaired a conference to announce and hand over decisions on appointing, receiving, transferring, and reassigning many leaders of ministries, branches, and agencies on the afternoon of September 4.

Prime Minister appoints deputy ministers of 5 ministries and branches

Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh today signed decisions to receive, transfer and appoint leaders of ministries and agencies, including five deputy ministers in the ministries and sectors of Science and Technology, Health, Justice, Education and Training, and the Government Inspectorate.
The Prime Minister issued an official dispatch directing ministries, branches and Nghe An province to focus on emergency response to floods in the Ca River basin.

Deputy Prime Minister Tran Hong Ha has just signed Official Dispatch No. 119/CD-TTg dated July 22, 2025 of the Prime Minister on focusing on emergency response to floods in the Ca River basin.
