Regarding personnel work in the armed forces, on May 31, Major General Bui Minh Giam - Deputy Director of the General Department of Politics of the People's Public Security presented the decision of the Minister of Public Security on retirement leave for Major General Ma Van La - Director of Bac Kan Provincial Police.
At the same time, the decision was handed over to assign Colonel Duong Van Tinh - Deputy Director of the Provincial Police to be in charge of Bac Kan Provincial Police from June 1, 2018.
On the same day, May 31,at Ba Ria - Vung Tau Provincial Police, Senior Lieutenant General Nguyen Van Thanh - Member of the Party Central Committee, Deputy Minister of Public Security, presented the decision to suspend work pending retirement benefits to Colonel Le Toi Sung - Director of the Provincial Police Department.

Hai Phong:On the afternoon of June 1, Vice Chairman of Hai Phong City People's Committee Le Khac Nam presented the decision of the Chairman of the City People's Committee, assigning Associate Professor, Vice Rector of Hai Phong University Nguyen Thi Hien to temporarily take charge of and manage the work of Hai Phong University from June 1, 2018 until the position of Rector of Hai Phong University is completed.

Nghe An:On the morning of May 30, the Nghe An Provincial Military Command held a handover ceremony for the Commander of the Tan Ky District Military Command.
