1.Prime Minister appoints 3 Deputy Ministers

| Deputy Ministers of Planning and Investment Vu Dai Thang and Le Quang Manh; Deputy Minister of Labor, War Invalids and Social Affairs Nguyen Thi Ha. |
Specifically, in Decision 288/QD-TTg, the Prime Minister appointed Mr. Vu Dai Thang, alternate member of the Party Central Committee, member of the Provincial Party Standing Committee, Vice Chairman of the People's Committee of Ha Nam province to hold the position of Deputy Minister of Planning and Investment.
In Decision 289/QD-TTg, the Prime Minister appointed Mr. Le Quang Manh, Director of the Department of Local and Territorial Economy, Ministry of Planning and Investment, to hold the position of Deputy Minister of Planning and Investment.
At Decision298/QD-TTg, the Prime Minister appointed Ms. Nguyen Thi Ha, Deputy Secretary of Bac Ninh Provincial Party Committee for the 2015-2020 term, to hold the position of Deputy Minister of Labor, War Invalids and Social Affairs.

On March 15, Minister of Construction Pham Hong Ha handed over the decision to appoint Mr. Le Trung Thanh, former Director of the Department of Science, Technology and Environment, to the position of Director of the Institute of Construction Materials, Ministry of Construction.
