Appointment of Deputy Director of the Civil Judgment Enforcement Department of Nghe An province

Accordingly, by order of the leader of the General Department of THADS - Ministry of Justice, the DepartmentExecution of judgmentNghe An Civil Judgment Enforcement Department (CJE) held a ceremony to announce the decision to transfer and appoint comrade Vi Van Nhung - Head of the Civil Judgment Enforcement Department of Con Cuong district to hold the position of Deputy Head of the Civil Judgment Enforcement Department of Nghe An province.

Attending the ceremony were representatives of the Organizing Committee and the Provincial Party Committee's Internal Affairs Committee; officers and staff of the Department and THADS branches in Nghe An.

Congratulating and assigning tasks to comrade Vi Van Nhung, Director of the Department of THADS of Nghe An province Pham Quoc Nam hopes that comrade Vi Van Nhung will uphold the assigned role and responsibility, continue to work with the officers and staff of the Department of THADS of the province to continue promoting the spirit of solidarity, always study to improve working capacity to work with the agency to excellently complete all assigned tasks.

Also in the afternoon of the same day, Nghe An Department of Administrative Judgment Enforcement conducted a preliminary review of administrative judgment enforcement work and monitored the enforcement of administrative judgments in the first 6 months of 2021. From October 2020 to March 2021,Nghe An Provincial Department of Natural Resources and Environmentreceived 7,532 judgments and decisions with a total of 13,365 cases to be resolved; of which 8,089 were newly accepted. The total number of cases to be enforced was 13,284, of which 6,136 cases had been enforced. Regarding money enforcement, the total amount of money received was more than 2,985 billion VND, of which the old amount transferred was more than 1,331 billion VND; the amount to be enforced was more than 1,893 billion VND; and more than 229 billion VND had been enforced.

Comrade Pham Quoc Nam said that in the first 6 months of 2021, the results of THADS in the whole province reached 56.1% in terms of work and 18.93% in terms of money. In which, many units achieved high results such as: in terms of work, there were units Ky Son, Con Cuong, Que Phong, Nam Dan; in terms of money, there were units Hung Nguyen, Dien Chau, Que Phong, Ky Son...

Regarding the monitoring of administrative judgment enforcement, the court agencies have transferred to the THADS agency 76 judgments and decisions on administrative cases, of which 57 judgments and decisions do not have content to be monitored and 19 judgments and decisions have content to be monitored. THADS agencies have issued documents announcing voluntary enforcement of judgments for 19 cases (set 100%), publicly posting 5 decisions forcing the enforcement of administrative judgments. To date, 9 cases have been completed, the remaining 10 cases have been partially completed.

Also at the conference, the Provincial THADS Department exchanged and discussed contents related to the work of directing, guiding professional work and inspection; the work of receiving citizens, handling complaints and denunciations about THADS; the work of state compensation and financial assurance in THADS. In addition, the conference also pointed out the shortcomings, limitations, difficulties, obstacles and causes for THADS work, thereby proposing and unifying the contents of tasks and solutions to improve the quality of THADS work in the last 6 months of 2021.
