British Defense Secretary harshly criticizes Ukraine
British Defense Secretary Ben Wallace suggested that the Kiev regime should show more gratitude to its Western allies for the support they have provided, The Guardian reported.
"Here's a little note, whether we like it or not: if you convince other countries to give you their aid, people want to see gratitude," journalists quoted the British politician as saying.
The British Defense Secretary admitted that influential figures in Washington were unhappy about the level of support for Kiev.

Mr. Ben Wallace also added that last year, during a trip to Ukraine, the Kiev government gave him a list of weapons needed by the Ukrainian Armed Forces.
“You know, we are not Amazon, I told them that last year when I drove 11 hours to be given a list,” the British politician complained.
Military campaign in Donbass
Russia launched a special military operation in Ukraine on February 24. President Putin called its goal "to protect those who have been subjected to repression and genocide by the Kiev regime for the past eight years." He noted that the special military operation was a forced measure, Russia "has no other options, the security risk has been created to such an extent that it is impossible to respond with other measures."
According to him, Russia has been trying for 30 years to come to terms with NATO on security principles in Europe, but in response it has been met either with cruel deception and lies, or with pressure and blackmail, while the alliance, despite Moscow's objections, has gradually expanded and approached the borders of the Russian Federation.
