Training and fostering legal knowledge on forensic expertise

On the morning of August 16, Nghe An Department of Justice organized a training course on legal knowledge on judicial appraisal in 2024 for cadres, civil servants and public employees working in judicial appraisal in the province.

Attending the Conference were comrade Hoang Thi Thu Trang - Director of the Department of Justice, along with representatives of leaders, focal officers managing judicial appraisal at provincial departments, branches and sectors and more than 100 delegates who are judicial appraisers and people.forensic examinationaccording to the case... in the province.

In her opening speech, Ms. Hoang Thi Thu Trang - Director of the Department of Justice affirmed: Forensic appraisal is an important tool in investigation activities, contributing greatly to the accurate and objective resolution of cases. Therefore, training and education to improve knowledge, expertise and professionalism for appraisal workers is an inevitable and objective requirement.

At the Conference, delegates listened to comrade Tran Thi Nga - senior expert of the Department of Judicial Assistance (Ministry of Justice) convey the legal provisions on judicial appraisal; some basic legal skills of judicial appraisers.

Thereby, contributing to equipping legal knowledge and skills in forensic examination activities for forensic examiners and litigators in the province, helping to fully grasp the system of legal regulations on the organization and operation of forensic examination.

At the same time, raise awareness of relevant departments, branches and sectors, creating positive changes in judicial appraisal work in the province.
