Nghe An men's and women's volleyball teams enter the finals
(Baonghean.vn) – This morning (August 6), the 2016 National Phu Dong Sports Festival Volleyball Tournament held its semi-final matches. Both the Nghe An men’s and women’s volleyball teams won.

In the first semi-final of the men's volleyball tournament, Nghe An team won against Vinh Phuc team with a score of 2-0, the scores of the sets were 25-21 and 25 - 20. In the second semi-final, Hanoi team won against Quang Nam team with a score of 2-1.
In the women's volleyball tournament, Nghe An team also easily won against Bac Lieu team with a score of 2 - 0, the scores of the sets were 25 - 20 and 25 - 20. In the remaining semi-final match, Phu Tho team won against Ho Chi Minh City team with a score of 2 - 0.

The finals of the men’s and women’s tournaments taking place tomorrow (August 7) are a rematch of old rivals. In the group stage, the Nghe An men’s team won against the Hanoi team; the Nghe An women’s team won against the Phu Tho team.
