Nutritious cereal vermicelli - the passion of a girl from Nghe An's rice district

(Baonghean.vn) - From her passion, a girl from the rice district of Nghe An has succeeded with nutritious rice vermicelli products made from rice combined with nuts, vegetables, and fruits, including the nutritious cereal vermicelli product that achieved the "3-star" OCOP provincial level. Her products have been trusted by customers in many places in the country.

Located in a fairly large garden area on the hillside, with fresh and airy air, the nutritional vermicelli production facility belongs to (Mineral Spring Production - Trading Joint Stock Company).Nghe An) owned by Ms. Vo Thi Ngoc Anh (born in 1989) has really attracted customers with its quite professional production process.

In the factory area, production lines are installed with various types of machinery, along with a team of workers equipped with safe and clean protective gear, operating the processing stages from the grinding machine, to the flour tank, centrifuge, flour extractor, to the vermicelli extruder.

Accordingly, the colorful vermicelli products are made from rice and various types of seeds: green beans, red beans, millet, black sesame, lotus seeds... to various vegetables and fruits. After being baked, the finished products will be incubated for 10 hours, then shaken and transferred to the greenhouse area to dry.

"100% of the vermicelli is dried in a greenhouse using natural sunlight to help the product have a more delicious flavor, while ensuring food hygiene, avoiding dust and insect intrusion," Ms. Anh explained.

Ms. Vo Thi Ngoc Anh added that after graduating from the information technology major, because of her passion for clean food, she spent 5 years researching and testing to bring the product to market. Officially starting to produce goods from the beginning of 2021, with an investment of nearly 1 billion VND to build a factory and apply production machinery technology, to reduce labor and achieve high productivity. Therefore, the facility currently creates jobs for 6 local workers, producing 3-4 quintals of various types of nutritious vermicelli products per day, meeting good design and quality requirements.

"Choosing quality raw materials made by farmers in rural areas, the products are completely free of additives and toxic chemicals, ensuring food safety and hygiene, so the nutritional vermicelli of the facility is trusted, favored and consumed strongly by customers. All products are introduced and promoted mainly through online sales channels, thanks to which the products here have been sold at many clean agricultural product stalls in and outside the province.

Customers in many places in the country trust it, not only clean, delicious but also nutritious, however the current output is not enough to meet the market. Therefore, in the future, the company will invest in increasing output, applying some science and technology to maintain and further improve product quality," Ms. Vo Thi Ngoc Anh shared.

According to Mr. Nguyen Huu Sau - Chairman of the People's Committee of Son Thanh Commune, Yen Thanh District, the nutritious vermicelli produced by Ms. Vo Thi Ngoc Anh, a citizen in the commune, is a typical local product. Her success has contributed positively to the locality in the process of building and completing an advanced new rural commune and moving towards the finish line of a model new rural commune. This is truly an example of young people starting a business right in the locality in their own direction that no one has ever thought of before.

The quality of the product has been certified by the authorities and the trust of customers over the years has proven it. This is the motivation for the facility to further increase production, in order to consume a certain amount of agricultural products for farmers, and also create jobs for a part of the local labor force.

With the encouraging achievements and dynamism of this young girl from the rice district of Nghe An, it is hoped that the nutritious vermicelli products in this rural area will continue to develop and improve quality to keep the "trust" with customers who have trusted them over the years.
