| Mrs. Nguyen Thi Trung, 59 years old (Ke Mui hamlet) shared: For the past 10 years, from around March to July every year, my family has had to go ask for water from neighboring houses. Many times, when I come home late from work, there is no water, but I have to endure it because I am embarrassed and afraid of disturbing others. This is the common situation of 40/247 households in Ke Mui hamlet. |
