Localities to rectify discipline and order after Lunar New Year

The inspection showed that the majority of local officials and civil servants basically complied with working hours, wore civil servant badges, and had name tags on their desks. The communes led and directed well the implementation of regulations from superiors, promptly issued documents on discipline and administrative discipline, received and resolved administrative procedures; and ensured the resolution of records at the one-stop shop. However, in some offices, there were still some officials and civil servants who had not complied with discipline at the time of the inspection.

Chairman of the People's Committee of Hoang Quoc Viet district requested that communes pay attention to reminding cadres, civil servants and public employees of units to strictly comply with discipline and administrative discipline, improve their sense of responsibility in performing public duties and their attitude towards serving the people, especially in handling administrative procedures for organizations, businesses and people.

Through on-site inspection and listening to reports from 3 localities, it can be seen that currently, localities are focusing on winter-spring crop production, in general, 100% of communes have completed sowing and planting. Sugarcane and cassava harvesting is going smoothly, livestock farming continues to develop stably. The organization of Tet care activities for the poor and policy families is being implemented in accordance with regulations, activities to celebrate the Party and celebrate Spring are being organized safely, economically and meaningfully. Political security and social order and safety are basically maintained and stable, especially in Nghia Phu commune, a subject was discovered and arrested for setting off firecrackers before Tet.

In addition to recognizing the efforts of localities, the working group requested that communes pay more attention to the effective production of the Winter-Spring crop; promote the national cultural identity in ethnic minority areas; gradually start the merger of hamlets and villages and the issue of streamlining the payroll and specialized staff; Some projects in the area need to be facilitated for good implementation... In particular, it is not allowed to take time off from work or go to temples during office hours on working days.
