Accordingly, Quynh Luu district will introduce 87 people and elect 41 people to the district people's council. The number of candidates will be distributed to 34 agencies, organizations and units in the district.

Candidates for the District People's Council must complete the steps to declare their profile according to the instructions in a complete and accurate manner, including: Application for candidacy; CV certified by the agency, organization, unit where they work or the People's Committee of the commune or town where they permanently reside; Brief biography; Asset declaration and 3 portrait photos. The declaration is done by computer and the time to submit the candidacy profile to the District People's Council Election Committee is before March 7, 2016.
