(Baonghean.vn) - On the morning of January 9, Hoang Mai City Party Committee and Do Luong, Quynh Luu, and Dien Chau District Party Committees held a conference to study, disseminate, and implement Resolution 4 of the Central Committee (12th term) for all key officials in the area.

* In Do Luong,Delegates were informed of the contents of Resolution No. 04-NQ/TW dated October 30, 2016 of the 12th Party Central Committee on "strengthening Party building and rectification; preventing and repelling degradation in political ideology, ethics and lifestyle, manifestations of "self-evolution" and "self-transformation" within the Party; Basic contents of Ho Chi Minh's ideology, ethics and lifestyle"; Resolution No. 05-NQ/TW of the 12th Party Central Committee on "a number of major guidelines and policies to continue to innovate the growth model, improve growth quality, labor productivity and economic competitiveness"; Resolution No. 06 dated November 5, 2016 on "effectively implementing the process of international economic integration, maintaining political and social stability in the context of our country participating in new-generation free trade agreements"; Conclusion No. 09 on "Socio-economic situation, 2016 budget, socio-economic development plan, 2017 budget estimate" and action programs to implement the Central resolutions and conclusions.

Based on the spirit of the resolution, Dien Chau district has deployed the draft action program of the District Party Executive Committee with 12 tasks to be implemented immediately and regularly, along with 8 tasks to be implemented according to the roadmap, focusing on strengthening the work of party building and rectification, improving the ethics and service spirit of cadres and party members.
