Land management, compensation, site clearance

-VotersNguyen Dinh Hoai (Van Son commune, Do Luong district)petition to resolve the issue of his family buying a plot of land through a local auction since 2006 but still not being granted a land use right certificate. He has petitioned the commune and district authorities many times but has not had any results.

-Voter Cao Van Keng (Dien Thanh commune, Dien Chau)Reflecting, on April 25, 2021, the People's Committee of Nghe An province issued a document assigning the People's Committee of Dien Chau district to handle and respond to citizens' complaints about compensation for the National Highway 1A expansion project passing through Hamlet 7, Dien Thanh commune, Dien Chau district before June 30, 2021. However, up to now, people have not received the settlement results. Requesting competent authorities to direct a final settlement.

Industry and trade, environmental protection

-Voter Hoang Mai Lien (Dien Loc commune, Dien Chau district)Reflection, the 110KV high voltage power line passes through his house's land with an area of ​​more than 100 m2²In May 2019, the power line management unit measured and made a record to determine the electrical safety corridor with confirmation from the local authorities; however, to date, his family has not received compensation. We request the People's Council to consult Nghe An Electricity and relevant agencies to inspect and promptly resolve the rights of the people.

- Voter Nguyen Xuan Ngoc (Nghi Yen commune, Nghi Loc)Reflecting, Nghi Yen landfill has been in operation since 2011, but many households in the vicinity of the landfill have not yet received compensation due to problems with the mechanism. We request that the authorities promptly resolve this issue to stabilize people's lives. Currently, Nghi Yen landfill is gathering garbage from Vinh city and many other districts, causing overload and environmental pollution. We request that the authorities have solutions to resolve this situation.
