During the past term, the Party CommitteeProvincial Inspectorateled the agency to constantly innovate leadership methods, excellently completing all assigned tasks, many targets exceeding the Resolution of the Congress.

The work of receiving citizens, handling petitions and advising on the resolution of complaints and denunciations is carried out promptly and in accordance with the law, preventing hot spots from arising, and limiting petitions from going beyond the provincial and central levels.

Specifically, the Provincial Inspectorate received 578 citizens (down 20.9% compared to the previous term); received and processed 1,847 petitions of all kinds (down 5.71% compared to the previous term).

Advised on the proper settlement of 38/38 complaints and denunciations under the authority of the Provincial People's Committee Chairman, reaching 100% (an increase of 5.55% compared to the previous term); inspected and reviewed 183/183 complaints and denunciations that had been resolved by the district (old) level and the sector, but citizens continued to complain and denounce to the province (an increase of 7.01% compared to the previous term); carried out 501 other tasks related to complaints, denunciations, recommendations and reflections (an increase of 64.8% compared to the previous term).

Complete 100% of the annual inspection plan and surprise inspections assigned by the Government Inspectorate and the Provincial People's Committee with quality and efficiency.

Also during the term, the Provincial Inspectorate conducted 146 socio-economic inspections; discovered economic violations of VND 242 billion (VND 54 billion higher than the previous term); proposed to recover VND 176 billion (VND 75 billion higher than the previous term); recovered over VND 164 billion, reaching an average rate of 93.18%, exceeding the target set by the Resolution by 11.35%; recommended to strictly handle groups and individuals with violations; proposed to amend, supplement and adjust many mechanisms and policies to enhance the effectiveness of management and operation; inspected and reviewed 1,054 decisions and conclusions sent by departments, branches, districts, cities and towns.

In addition, the staff has done a good job in preventing corruption, verified assets and incomes at 10 units and localities, with 78 people; inspected and resolved complaints and denunciations, transferred files to the investigation agency for 3 cases; implemented administrative reforms, applied science and technology in management, and made non-cash payments.

Party building work has been given comprehensive attention, the Party Committee has been classified as Well-fulfilled and Excellently fulfilled its tasks for many consecutive years, the agency has been recognized as a Cultural Unit, 100% of Party members have fulfilled their tasks well. The mass organizations of the Provincial Inspectorate have also promoted their roles and functions very well, during the term they have mobilized cadres and Party members to participate in supporting more than 1.3 billion VND to build gratitude houses and contribute to humanitarian funds.

Determined to break throughin the "new era"

On June 27, 2025, the Provincial Inspectorate held the Party Congress for the 2025-2030 term. This is a special congress, held after the Provincial Inspectorate apparatus was reorganized in the spirit of Conclusion 134-KL/TW of the Politburo. The congress is also an important political milestone, affirming the determination to build a clean and strong Party organization, improve leadership capacity, fighting strength and effectiveness in performing tasks in the new period.

In the "era of national development", the requirements for the inspection staff are higher and more comprehensive. Therefore, the congress determined the general goal of building a clean and strong Provincial Inspection Party Committee; a team of cadres and party members with courage, integrity, and professionalism; and effective, efficient, and effective inspection activities. To complete the political tasks for the 2025 - 2030 term at the highest level, the congress set out 12 main groups of targets; 5 groups of tasks and solutions; and 3 breakthroughs.

In which, 5 key solution tasks include:The first, enhance the leadership role of the Party Committee in inspection work, handling complaints and denunciations, preventing corruption and waste; strengthen inspection of responsibilities associated with public service; closely inspect and supervise the implementation of inspection conclusions, and avoid backlogs.Monday, promote Party building work in terms of politics, ideology, cadre organization and public ethics; build "5 good" Party cells and "5 good" Party members; maintain internal solidarity, discipline, and set an example.Tuesday, building a team of "integrity - dedication - professionalism - courage - humanity" inspectors; strictly implementing regulations on setting examples, strengthening discipline, and forming an exemplary public service culture.Wednesday,Promote the effectiveness of digital transformation, apply information technology in all business activities, from planning to transparently disclosing results; gradually complete the national database on assets, income, complaints and denunciations.Thursday,Pay attention to ideological work, take care of the lives of cadres and civil servants, especially the newly received force after the arrangement and consolidation; arouse the will to contribute, the spirit of dedication, and professional mettle.

Tuesday, building a streamlined, efficient, professional team of inspectors, focusing on in-depth professional training in key areas such as technology, resources - environment, finance, law, education, and health.
