Visit Nghe An province,Hua Phan province working delegationby Major General Su-lin-phong Kham-pha-chan - Member of the Provincial Party Standing Committee, Political Commissar of the Provincial Military Command, congratulating the achievements that Nghe An province achieved in 2018.

Briefly reporting on the socio-economic development of Hua Phan province, Major General Su-lin-phong Kham-pha-chan said that in 2018, the province is focusing on improving infrastructure, economic growth rate is quite good, average income per capita reaches 1,100 USD/year.

Hua Phan is the province with the longest border with Nghe An province. In recent times, the Party committees, authorities and people of the two provinces have regularly coordinated with each other to protect border security and landmarks.

On the occasion of the traditional New Year 2019, the delegation of Hua Phan province sent the best wishes to the Party Committee, government and people of Nghe An province, wishing the solidarity and friendship between Nghe An and Hua Phan provinces to be increasingly tightened.

Expressing his gratitude for the sincere sentiments from the government and people of Hua Phan province for Nghe An province, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Le Minh Thong sent his regards and congratulations on the successes that Hua Phan province has achieved in the past time; at the same time, he hoped that the two provinces would continue to deepen their brotherly friendship.

On the same day,Xieng Khouang province working delegationComrade Bua-ngan Hum-xay-nha-phom - Member of the Provincial Party Standing Committee, Director of the Department of Planning and Investment visited and wished a Happy New Year to Nghe An province.

On the occasion of the New Year, the delegation sent wishes to the Party Committee, government and people of Nghe An province to have a warm and joyful New Year and to achieve many successes in all fields in 2019. He said that this is also one of the activities to strengthen the special cooperative relationship between Xieng Khouang and Nghe An provinces, contributing to further tightening the special cooperative friendship between Vietnam and Laos.

Acknowledging the delegation's sincerity, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Le Minh Thong hopes that in the coming time, the two provinces will continue to promote bilateral cooperation in greater depth, for the common development of both sides.
