Accordingly, at 4:30 p.m. on April 13, while patrolling and controlling the border section from landmark 393 to landmark 396, the patrol and control team of My Ly Border Guard Station discovered 7 citizens illegally crossing the border from Laos to Vietnam.
The 7 people are all brothers in the same family, with registered residence in Pha Chieng village, My Ly commune, Ky Son district, including: Gia Giong Ly, Gia Xai Cau, Gia Cho Tho, Gia Tong Xi, Gia Ba Lau, Gia Ba Mua and Gia Ka Vu.

After being discovered, the unit took the above citizens to a temporary quarantine area to collect information, check their health, measure their body temperature, and make medical declarations; at the same time, coordinated with the local authorities of My Ly commune, Ky Son district to transfer the above citizens to a centralized quarantine area according to regulations.
