Dry skin exfoliation

A long vacation can cause your skin and body to accumulate toxins and dead skin cells. Brushing your body with a dry toothbrush is a great way to detoxify and stimulate your body's circulatory and lymphatic systems. This also helps improve liver and kidney function. Remember to always keep the toothbrush pointed towards your heart, as this is the path of blood circulation.

Take a shower

Hot trips and drinking too much alcohol can cause your skin to become dull and dehydrated, so moisturizing is the key to maintaining a healthy complexion. Replenish your skin with masks made from fresh avocado, tomatoes, or mashed potatoes mixed with yogurt to help your skin stay plump and smooth.

Drink enough water

Drink enough water according to your body weight. This is a natural way to keep your skin looking healthy. Add a squeeze of fresh lemon to every liter of water you drink to help replenish vitamin C and detoxify your body.
