Arguments in daily life, especially in the family, are inevitable, but to some extent, we must know how to "control" ourselves because when arguing, whether we win or lose, in reality, both are losers. We must find a peaceful solution between the two people to avoid unfortunate risks.
According to research in Denmark, repeated family arguments increase the risk of early death, especially in women.
Research shows that couples who argue less are more likely to live longer and have better health.
A new study from the University of Pittsburgh in the US shows that repeated family conflicts will increase blood pressure, especially in women, and this can cause stroke and myocardial infarction. Researchers surveyed 1,500 people aged 50 and over a period of 4 years. All participants had to answer questions related to the number of times they argued with friends, family, spouses or partners, and each time they had their blood pressure checked. During the study period, 29% of people had high blood pressure, blood pressure increased in people who often argued, especially in the group of people aged 51-64. Arguments often affected women more than men.
According to Rodlescia Seed, the lead author of the study, the reason for the difference between the two sexes may be because women place more expectations and importance on relationships than men.
According to the researcher, arguments are often more important in the eyes of women and have affected nervous tension. High blood pressure is considered an important factor causing stroke, myocardial infarction.
